Au Fait Mama uses Canada Post, Corporate Courier and Greyhound for most shipments. All shipments are made via ground, however if you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org . Expedited shipping costs are extra and not included in ﬂat rate destination shipping. We will contact you within 24 hours to provide an expedited shipping quote and to collect additional payment.
Flat Rate Destination Shipping Rates:
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 within Canada.
Between major urban centers within Canada, shipping takes between 1-4 business days.
To the United States:
Shipping is at a flat rate of $12 to the USA.
Orders arrive in between 5 and 10 business days.
To other countries
Shipping is flat ground rate of $22. Please note, most countries will arrive in 4-6 weeks with regular shipping but can take up to 12 weeks. Ground shipping doesn't come with tracking.

It is important to us that you are 100% satisﬁed with your purchases. If you need to return items purchased from our website it must be accompanied by the original receipt. Apparel may be returned or exchanged, provided it has only been tried on and not worn or washed. The tags must still be on and it must be in “as new” condition. You will have 30 days for a full refund and 60 days for a credit. Sale items are final sale.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
We will refund the product cost only, not shipping charges.

When mailing in returns, please include a proof of purchase and email address or phone number so that we can notify you on the status of your return when we receive it. Returns and exchanges take approximately 5-7 business days. Exchanges may take longer if an item is not in stock. All shipping and handling are the responsibility to the customer; however in the event that an item is defective to no fault of the customer then shipping and handling will be reimbursed to the customer.
Order changes must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will need to follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines below. Please send all order changes or requests to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Canceling an Order:
Cancellation requests must be received by email at info@aufaitmama within 24 hours of placement of the original order.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the products may have already shipped from our warehouse. If the order ships within 24 hours, which it often will, then cancellations are not possible. Please follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines.
In-stock items will ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
